Since our very first one in 2021, these have been a highlight to end the year on and continue to grow in popularity. There's a mystery element to not knowing how it will look when completed and this just adds to the joy and excitement!
How the Advent Calendar Works
Stitch a Fabulous Festive Element as you Countdown to Christmas
Every day from the 1st to the 25th December, you will be able to access PDF instructions for stitching one of the wonderful Festive Elements on this years design.
Each element is stitched in its own unique way with different hand embroidery stitches.
Once you reach Christmas Day you will have a wonderful Christmas Bauble design ready to display year after year to celebrate the festivities.
Don't worry about keeping up - the tutorials are yours to access as long as you like.

Purchase the Required Materials at the Stitchdoodles shop
In order to cater to all levels of experience as well as budgets - there are 3 different ways you can choose to join in. Purchase one of the following and then come back here to access the tutorials when the Stitching starts on the 1st December...
Digital PDF Template: Purchase the full sized template of the design and transfer to your fabric yourself.
Pre Printed Fabric: Purchase the design pre printed on to beautiful cotton fabric so you can get stitching straight away.
Full Kit: Purchase the full kit with everything supplied to complete the design.

Accessing the Tutorials for the SAL is Free!
You will need to sign up to the studio in order to access any of the SAL projects - please only sign up once. If you are already a member - you just have to sign back in and access the SAL for it to be added to your dashboard.
Important Information
The pattern is suitable for advanced beginners onwards - everyone is welcome to join in regardless of experience and we will guide and support you as much as possible along the way.
A Stitch a Long is not intended as a 'how to' for individual stitches. If you need help with any stitches as you go along, links will be provided and you can always ask in the FB group.
The Completed Design is approx 8 inches.
