A Year of Doodles
This design is full of fun and exciting elements to stitch thoughout your year. For 2026, Nicola will be re stitching this design and sharing the colours and stitches she chooses along the way.

A Year of Doodles has always been a 'do it yourself' pattern with stitch choice and colours for the stitcher to make up their own mind on.
The pattern has been around for several years now and lots of new stitchers would like to give this a go but are a bit overwhelmed with how and where to start.
So, for 2026 - Nicola will be stitching each of the sections again so that you can get a more detailed look at what stitches to use for the various elements.
You can follow along exactly as shown or use this as inspiration to create your own ideas and make a Year of Doodles that are unique to you.
